This section, which was one of the origins of the Cooperative in the middle of the last century, maintains almost 400 hectares in production by more than 400 members.

Our olive mill receives and grinds it during the months of November and December, using modern machinery and suitable facilities to ensure the highest quality of our oil during the grinding, filtering and final packaging processes.
